Hi everyone !!

We have a very nice and quiet double room for a single person in our house in Walthamstow.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed and cupboard.

In the house there is a big and functional kitchen with dinning table, 2 toilets and a shower, washing machine, internet connection and backyard.

The house is located in a quiet area in Walthamstow, close to public transports and shops by walking distance :
- 1 minute from bus stop ( route 123 and night buses to central London)
- 2 minutes from off licence shop
- 5 minutes from the high street, market, shops, pubs, banks...
- 8 minutes from underground and overground stations.

We are few people in the house, all young professionals, clean and tidy. We are looking for someone clean, respectful, friendly and sociable. We like to have a relax and friendly environment in the house and we are looking for someone who shares the same values and would appreciate living with us.
