Nice warm and tidy place to call home, nice individuals living here all polite and very welcoming, you won't be disappointed if you seriously want somewhere really welcoming to call home, I put a lot into making the house as accommodating as possible as those who come to view will see.

New Mattress decent quality (if needed you may have own from previous house you would like to bring)

A double Room with computer desk, wardrobe and draws

Nest 3rd generation thermostat for heating (never a cold house its an intelligent system that keeps the temperature just right for those who may of had bad experiences of cold rooms in the past)

Decking and table and chairs in garden (bit cold now to relax with a cup of tea in the morning but thought it would be nice to know.
Underfloor heating in big bathroom

Have all the shops and restaurants and cinema just around the corner as well as Underground and Main bus station
