We are 3 girls living in a lovely Victorian house in the heart of Walthamstow . As our current mate is moving out we are looking for new flat mate . The house is situated between Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse road station , about 5min walk from market street and St James Street Station . We are looking for long term tenant who would like to share house with young and easy going people. The room is fully furnished , there is a living room , separate kitchen , toilet and bathroom , and lovely big garden . The room is 500 per calendar month including all bills and fast internet connection .
