We are looking for a lodger to enjoy our light, comfortable and airy double room in a terraced Victorian house. We are within easy walking distance of fantastic transport links to Liverpool Street and Oxford Circus (both approximately 20 minutes on public transport). The room is recently refurbished with new double bed, desk, chest of drawers, comfortable chair, own television with FreeView and DVD player, kettle. En suite bathroom with recently fitted shower, toilet and basin. The room is on the top floor which you will have all to yourself. You will also have use of the kitchen. We are a married couple in our early thirties with a baby. We work in the creative and food industries, looking for a friendly, single, professional.

Walthamstow is a really great area, we love living here. We are very close to transport links, 5 minute walk to Wood Street (direct overground to Liverpool Street and the City 20 minutes) and 10 minutes to Walthamstow Central (Victoria line to Oxford Circus - 20 minutes). Located close (5 minutes walk) to "Walthamstow Village" with its fantastic pubs and eateries, and just round the corner from Wood Street with a co-op and lots of really good greengrocers and small independent shops. We are also walking distance from Epping Forest great for leafy walks and running.
