Spare room for rent in Walthamstow, East London

Hi!

We've got a spare room in our house so we figured - why not give renting it out a shot?

Up for rent is a clean and tidy double bedroom with a comfortable fold out double sofa bed.

Any period of rent is welcome but we would need to negotiate different rent rate if your stay is particularly short.

We would also expect a bigger contribution for anyone coming with a partner.

It's a 15-20 minute walk to walthamstow central station (victoria line), and 5-10 minutes by bus. We live right next to a park and walking distance from tesco, local shops and overground stations.
