We are a family of 4, husband, wife and two daughters aged 6 and 2.

We have a lovely modern and spacious apartment within a new development built 2 years ago. You can enjoy relaxing walks at the nearby Lloyds Park and be close to Blackhorse Station which has excellant links into central london.

We are a busy family and have come home late at night many a times without cause for concern. There is added CCTV within the complex for extra peace of mind.

All bills and broadband are included as well as a comfortable and easy going family!

Both myself and my wife work full time so the apartment is usually empty during weekdays however the place livens up when the kids come back from school and nursery.

The room would be ideal for a single person who requires a clean, modern place to stay and close to good transport links.
