Double room in large Walthamstow houseshare

Hi,

We have a double room available in a house share in Walthamstow, a short walk from the high street, and equidistant from Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse road stations, both on the Victoria Line, Night tube and overground (10 minute walk to either).

The room available is a furnished double, with bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and chest of draws. in the house is a shared bathroom, two large reception rooms, kitchen, and a small garden.

the current housemates are 29 and 34, and we both work in Holborn. one in advertising, the other in education. we both work standard office hours, so weeknights tend to be quiet, with the occasional midweek trip to a local. weekends we tend to do our own thing, but will often end up having a beer and a bbq if the weathers right.

the price stated is before bills, and any referencing costs the landlord will need. monthly bills are around £90, which includes gas/electricity, water, council tax and broadband. referencing costs will be around £100, but this will get your name on the lease, and deposit protected etc.
