A small ouble room for rent in a beautiful large 3 bed house located in the Walthamstow village borders area. The house is very spacious, and you'd get the place to yourself quite a bit as I'm a musician and I work away quite a lot.
The bedroom is a small double overlooking the garden, so very nice and quiet. It has a small double bed, a large wardrobe with a desk and shelves and plenty of storage. Price includes all bills
The house is in a quiet no through road, but is near to the shops and overground station in Wood Street which is less than 5 mins walk (17 mins to Liverpool St so very handy for anyone who is working in the city), and a short walk to Walthamstow 'village' with its nice pubs and restaurants. Walthamstow Central tube station (Victoria Line) is a 12-15 min walk. The location is handy for Stratford as there are buses to Stratford/Hackney/Leyton/Templ e Mills from Whipps Cross roundabout near the end of the street. It is also handy for Whipps Cross Hospital.
The house has a huge kitchen/diner and a large bathroom and separate toilet. There is wifi and all mod cons (dishwasher/ washing machine/microwave etc).
