Double room for rent in a beautiful large 3/4 bed house located in the Village borders, ideally for 4 nights a week so that I can still use the room sometimes at weekends. I'd also consider 3 nights per week or an ad hoc basis for £300 per month or an price per night. I'm the landlady and I work away midweek and there's one other lodger. The house is very spacious, and as we're not here all the time, you'd get the place to yourself quite a bit. There's also a friendly cat!

The bedroom is a double overlooking the garden. It has a double bed, a wardrobe with drawers, and a desk area with shelves and plenty of storage. Price includes all bills and a kitty for all the household stuff such as cleanng products, loo roll, milk etc etc.

The house is in a quiet no through road, but is near to the shops and overground station in Wood Street which is less than 5 mins walk (17 mins to Liverpool St so very handy for anyone who is working in the city), and a short walk to Walthamstow 'village' with its nice pubs and restaurants. Walthamstow Central tube station (Victoria Line) is a 12-15 min walk. The location is also handy for anyone working on the Olympics site as there are buses to Stratford/Hackney/Leyton/Templ e Mills from Whipps Cross roundabout near the end of the street. There is unrestricted parking outside the house and there're always plenty of parking spaces.

The house has a large lounge and a huge kitchen/diner so there is lots of seperate living and entertaining space as well as a tranquil garden and a large bathroom and seperate toilet. There is wifi and all mod cons (dishwasher/ washing machine/microwave etc).

Ideally I'm looking for a professional who's clean and tidy, would be sociable but also likes their own space.
