Beautiful double room to rent in spacious penthouse in 'The Heart', Walton-on-Thames.

The bedroom includes bed, dressing table, chair, 2 x bedside tables, wardrobe and mirror. Duvet and pillows can be provided upon request. You will have access to your own private bathroom, complete with shower/bath and heated towel rail. A laundry room is available with separate Miele washing machine and dryer. Spacious living room, kitchen (both these areas are air conditioned), and large terrace (complete with garden furniture) are available to use at all times.

About me - I am a 34 year old make-up artist with a cat, and 2 tropical fish tanks. I am extremely easy to get along with, considerate, and love meeting new people.

I do take great pride in my home, and like to keep it clean and tidy at all times. I see my home as a place of rest and tranquility. That being said, I am very happy for you to utilise the fabulous surroundings, and entertain guests when you wish (provided it's not every weekend!) The terrace was made for this in the the summer!

The apartment is a 20 minute walk (or 2 min drive) from Walton station, with fast links to London Waterloo. It is directly above The Heart shopping centre, so access to the shops and restaurants could not be closer!

Entry is secure, and gained by security pass only. There is also a daily concierge service.

Free street parking is available nearby.

Monthly rent includes weekly cleaner.
