Direct train to Waterloo about 25 mins. The flat is a balcony apartment situated behind Travelodge/Marks & Spencer Foodhall. Looking for a clean, tidy, quiet, easy-going flat mate. Would suit someone on a contract or has a weekend property away. Parking off-site - you would need to park in a side road i. e. Churchfield Road, there is Church Walk you can use to access the flat. But just an example of parking nearby. *EDIT - parking on site by negotiation.
