Double room with ensuite for rent in a modern, lovely house (in a peaceful neighbourhood).

Rent is 600 with bills included. Depending on season gas bill may be cheaper as there are solar panels which would make bills cheaper in the summer.
*bills subject to change based on useage but will be split 4 ways (£500 for room)

Double room with built in wardrobe, en suite bathroom (with heating towel rack), share kitchen/lounge. Broadband, washing/drying facilities, off-road parking and a spacious garden and shed.

A 20 min walk to Walton on Thames train station or a 10 minute walk to Hersham station with direct 20 min links to Waterloo

20 mins drive to Heathrow.

10 minute walk into Walton-On-Thames town centre (where you have supermarket, shops, restaurants, cinema and 24/7 gym.

- Room unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished

We do have a house cat.

There will be a £90 referencing fee with the agency with a move in date of July 4th.
