A nice single room is available in a house share with big storage. the house is in Elephant Castle Flat is In front of LIDL, 5 min from TESCO 24/7. The rent does not include utilities bills.
20 minutes to Trafalgar Square
10 min to London Bridge
22 min Liverpool Street by bus.
The house is fully furnished and kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, microwave over, oven, toaster, fast broadband etc. All the other amenities are near by 24 hours shop couple of minutes stroll away.
As for me I am from Brazil Christian. a laid back person, outgoing and work full time don't drink and smoke.
I am looking for someone who wants to live in the flat like it's their home too; keep things tidy and clean.
Prefer someone who is over their partying days and is not coming home in the middle of the night completely drunk every night! shall not allow any noise to be heard outside the room so as to be a nuisance to any person and shall not play loud music or play a radio or other such instrument at a volume which will cause a nuisance to any other person in the flat.
