There are 2 Large double rooms to rent for single people, available to gay, straight or bisexual people

I am a live in landlord who is pretty laid back respect other peoples privacy and respectful of how i treat others .
Bills are all included with the rent this covers Gas, Electricity, council tax, water rates .

I am looking to have l2 people that are considerate appreciate living in a home that they will treat well .

Wandsworth station 4 minutes, clapham north 10 minute walk, stockwell station 15 min walk and vauxhall 15 min walk.
The bus stop for buses 87 to Trafalgar square and 77 to waterloo are about 2 min walk from flat.
Same busses also head off to clapham junction which is 10-15 minutes on the bus .

The flat is clean quiet it is on an estate that has a vibrant energy in the summer with all the children playing; it's very multi cultural and safe.

I am gay so would like people that are comfortable with this.

.There is no shared sitting room but there is a nice dinning area .everyone contributes a small sum of cash on a monthly basis to get household items like toilet paper, washing up liquid, dishwasher soap, conditioner etc.
