We have a furnished double room to rent in a lovely house in Earlsfield. The room is bright and sunny with a view over the garden and King Georges Park. It has a double bed, a large cupboard and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is shared with one other.

The house is a three story terrace house just off Garrett lane. It is spacious, with a large kitchen area, a living room and nice garden. There are all the usual amenities; washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and broadband. There is a cleaner who comes once a week.

We are two professional guys, who are sociable and keep the house tidy.

The house is in a good location, 5 mins from Southside shopping centre and Sainsburys, 2 mins from the Tesco express, 10 mins from Earlsfield BR and buses to Clapham, Putney, Victoria etc.

The rent is £620 and you will need to pay a 6 week deposit. The house is managed by Jacksons who have been great when we have needed them. Other bills incl. council tax/bband/utilities c.£100

We are looking for a single person to rent the room rather than a couple.

The room is currently available and we would like someone before the end of July.
