You would be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person. The living room has a large HDTV with Freesat HD and BluRay. The garden is pleasant, with a summer house at the bottom. There is ample off-street parking available.

The flat is 20 minutes walk from Elstree & Borehamwood Station. High speed train runs every 15 minutes into central London (St Pancras) and the journey takes around 20 minutes. The 292 bus stops nearby and will take you to the station in under 5 minutes, as well as to Edgware and Colindale. There are other, non-Oyster buses to St Albans and Watford. There is the usual array of local shops. Borehamwood itself has a very cheap cinema, gym, swimming pool and a massive Tesco Extra, all within 20 minutes walk.

You would be sharing with me (the landlord). It’s a laid-back household, doing what’s needed to look after the communal areas. I’m looking for someone who is relaxed and likes a quiet homely atmosphere to unwind during the week, while respecting each other‘s space.
