Single room perfect for a student in Earl's court

I'm leaving my room in January, preferably on the weekend of the 17th, 18th of January but I'm adaptable =)

The room in a house shared with 7 students from Imperial College, either in PHD, or masters degree. We share 3 bathrooms, two of them having a shower, and a big kitchen. There is also a washing machine and drier available, and broadband.

Really friendly atmosphere, with people from different nationalities : British, Greek, German, Thai, French, Polish and Spanish! There is actually a similar house right next to ours, also with students from imperial or King's College, so always someone to chat to, but it won't be a problem if you wish to study, everyone is in the same case! We sometimes share meals or go have a drink on weekends.

The room is at 10 min walking distance from Earl's court or West Brompton tube stations, and also close to a big Tesco and Sainsburys

The rent is 129£ per week and there is a 600£ deposit. Bills are included and there are no agency fees! The contract is until the end of September, might be negotiable, I'm working on that with my landlord!
