Looking for someone very clean and tidy, will wash up and put away dishes and clean up after themselves. Someone responsible and reliable. Must be keen on recycling. No smokers, no pets and no couples. Ideally a student, someone friendly, happy, balanced, not a party animal. Will also consider mon-fri.

There is a modern bathroom with shower over bath and a small modern kitchen, with gas hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a living room with sofa, small dining table and chairs, TV.

Coldershaw road is located near to West Ealing train station (First Great Western, 10 mins to Paddington) and Northfields tube (Piccadilly line). Ealing Broadway is a 25 min walk (District and Central Lines), there are also many bus routes, and a night bus from soho direct. Close to Thames Valley university buildings. Street parking is available. There are several lovely parks within a 5-10min walk and a large Sainsbury’s is less than 10 mins away. Friendly neighbours and a quiet location, well suited to anyone looking for a quite homely place.

I am a mature student, studying Furniture design and Digital Media, I own the flat so like it to be kept in good order. I like a chat but also my own space and quite time. I love travelling, good conversation, cups of tea, red wine and cheese.

£100 per week plus 50% share of bills (Gas, Elec, Water, TV) approx £55 per month plus extra for communal items, washing up liquid, toilet rolls etc.
