The Room

Our house is ideally located within two minutes’ walk of West Ealing station (Oyster zone 3), with trains every fifteen minutes to take you to Ealing Broadway (Central Line, 2 minutes) and Paddington (10 minutes). Being so close to the Broadway means every local amenity is just around the corner… and the largest Waitrose in London is literally at the end of our street!

You’d be living with three housemates, all of whom are friendly, tidy professionals who enjoy a good laugh! The house has four bedrooms, a large living room, a pretty spacious kitchen (with two fridges and a brand new oven installed on the fourth of May), bathroom and upstairs WC, and a rear garden.

The cost of the room is £360pcm, paid on the first of every month, exclusive of bills. Council tax is £41. 75 a month. A £360 deposit is also required before moving in.
