Please note, second occupant will be using the living room as a sleeping area so you must be comfortable with this.

The flat is located 5 min from Warren Street tube, 1 min from Great Portland Street tube and entry to Regent’s park and approximately 10 min walk from Oxford Street. UCL is a close distance too. The location is excellent.

All kitchen appliances are included, fridge, freezer, washing machine and very fast internet. One month deposit and one month rent required. Rent is £160 per week (which adds up to 693. 33 per month). Bills £15 per week (£65 per month, includes council tax, electricity, TV licence, broadband and water). Twelve weeks minimum stay.
