Double room in a flat in Great Titchfield Street - 5 minutes walk from Oxford Circus, Goodge St & Great Portland St stations.

Fully furnished (bed, wardrobe). Kitchen has a washing machine, microwave and all the appliances. The rent is £180 per week and ALL THE BILLS ARE INCLUDED. Additional charges: ~£15/month cleaner + broadband.

The room is available to move in ASAP (between 27th march-April 5) person who wants it HAS to put the deposit down by 5th.

We are 2 easy going professionals, a guy and a girl working in tech.

We are looking for a friendly professional within same age group (24-30) who has a full-time job (as in NOT A STUDENT). Ideally someone who is sociable but career-focused and hard-working/ respectful to others, especially during the weekdays.
