Reasonably sized double bedroom available in a flat with great communal facilities - a bright and spacious living room to the front, and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a beautifully kept shared garden to the rear. The room is suitable for one person, and the flat is equipped with Sky TV, broadband and phone. On-street parking is available with a resident's permit (cost associated).

We three current housemates have happily lived together in this flat for the past year and now, as one of us is moving abroad, we’re looking to find her replacement. We are generally kept busy with work and pastimes but enjoy cooking/hanging-out together when we cross paths.

We are fortunate to be well connected to a number of transport links:

- West Hampstead High Street: 7 minute walk
- Kilburn High Street: 10 minute walk
- West Hampstead Thameslink: 10 minute walk
- West Hampstead Tube (Jubilee line) and overground stations: 12 minute walk

We are looking for a flatmate who is:

- Easy going and amenable; looking for a home to settle into
- Clean and tidy
- In full-time employment (preferably with regular working hours)
- Roughly the same age (Early 30s)

Rent: £575 per month + bills (approx. £70)

Move in date: negotiable, latest 7th October
