I am Looking for a non smoking professional for a small single bedroom in a comfortable, friendly riverside house-share. This town-house is in a great position situated on the banks of the River Thames with direct access the riverbank, park and has lovely views of the river from a good sized sitting-room and large 1st floor balcony.

The bedroom has just been redecorated throughout including new carpet and furniture. The room has two good sized build in wardrobes with 2 shelves a comfortable chair and a large chest of drawers with 6 deep drawers. There is also 4 draws under the bed. This is supplemented with a second chest of draws or a wring desk. The choice is yours. There is also a 32 inch TV with access to a good selection cable channels. The bedroom is rear facing so has great views of the river and park. The bed has of good quality with a very comfortable mattress.

The house has a Very fast 100 Meg broadband which can be accessed via the houses wireless hub.

There is a large sitting room with a cable TV containing a good selection of channels. The building also has a large 1st floor riverside balcony. The house has all the usual mod cons including a utility room containing washing machine and dryer and in the kitchen there is a dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas hob with communal use of pot, pans, plates, cutlery ect.

As well as direct access to tow-path and park there is a bus stop, large Tesco’s and public swimming within 5 minutes walk. Hampton court station, Elmbridge Leisure Centre and Hampton court Places are all a few minutes bike or bus ride away. London Waterloo is 33 minutes from Hampton Court Station. The A3 and M3 are close at hand and there is easy access to Heathrow and the M25.

Bills are inclusive and you will have unrestricted access to all public arias and amenity’s. Every two weeks a cleaner comes to clean all public arias.

Although there are three tenants the house is generally very quite with people often keeping to their rooms though this is entirely up to them. Two of the tenants are away weekends and there are 2 bathrooms which helps avoid a scrum in the morning. There is rarely a clash when it comes to cooking as the kitchen is generally lightly used. The current tenants are very friendly and easy going and any new tenant would need to be of a similar disposition.
