I am offering a Room in comfortable/friendly house-share backing onto River Thames. PLEASE NOTE - The room is a Sunday evening to Friday evening let only though occasional weekend stays would be considered. The room is yours all week but I just like to have the place quiate at weekends.

Direct access to River Thames towpath and park. Lovely river views from bedroom and 1st floor balcony below.

Very fast 100 meg broadband. Amenities include washing machine and dryer.

I am looking for a non-smoking professional for a small single bedroom in a comfortable, friendly riverside house-share. Though advertised as a five day let (Mon-Fri)occasional weekend stays could be considered.

This town-house is in a great position situated as it is on the banks of the River Thames with direct access to the towparth, park and has lovely views of the river from a good sized sitting-room and large 1st floor balcony.

The bedroom is in good decorative order and though small has got good storage. As well as a desk there is a also a large chest of draws. There are also two large draws under the single bed. The room is provided with a new 32 inch Samsung TV and has a good size built in wardrobe with two shelves and there are a number of book shelves on the wall. The bedroom is rear facing with great views of the river and park. The bed has a good quality and very comfortable mattress.

The house has a Very fast 100 Meg broadband which can be accessed via the houses wireless hub.

There is a good sized sitting room with a cable TV. The house has a large 1st floor riverside balcony. There are all the usual mod cons including a utility room containing washing machine and dryer and in the kitchen there is a dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas hob with communal use of pot, pans, plates, cutlery ect.

As well as direct access to tow-path and park there is a bus stop, large Tesco’s and public swimming pool within 5 minutes walk. Hampton Court Station, Elmbridge Leisure Centre and Hampton court Places are all a few minutes bike or bus ride away. London Waterloo is 33 minutes from Hampton Court Station. The A3 and M3 are close at hand and there is easy access to Heathrow and the M25.

Bills are inclusive and you will have unrestricted access to all public arias and amenity’s. Every two weeks a cleaner comes to clean all public arias.

Although there are three tenants the house is generally very quite with people often keeping to their rooms though this is entirely up to them. One of the tenants is away weekends and there are 2 bathrooms which helps avoid a scrum in the morning. There is rarely a clash when it comes to cooking as the kitchen is generally lightly used. The current tenants are very friendly and easy going and any new tenant would need to be of a similar disposition.
