ROOM AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM LEASE MAY 20 TO JUNE 29TH. SHORT TERM LODGER ARRIVING ON 1ST JULY SO IT WON'T BE POSSIBLE TO EXTEND THE ACCOMMODATION.

Monday - Friday lodging considered at £75 per weekdays, including bills.

Single bedroom on the ground floor. WiFi, plenty of storage. Shared kitchen and dinning area. Garden and plenty off street parking.

Own toilet and basin (access through the kitchen -for now-).

References are essential and they will be checked before accepting a person. Additionally, a CRB is not essential but highly recommended.

Please note that this is a family home, so no drugs of any kind are tolerated at any point. So please do not apply or request information if you know you use any type of recreational drugs at all!(First lodger lasted 3 days until he decided to have a joint, evicted on the spot!)

Now here is our 'small print' which is rather off putting to be honest, but we rather be up front with people:

It is a family home, single room downstairs and the following are not allowed:
No overnight visitors. No smoking, recreational drugs or partying allowed. Short term leasing only (1 week to a maximum of 3 months), so actually more ideal for someone who is looking for a property in the long term locally and needs a 'base'to look from or waiting for purchase of property to be done.

Husband works both from home and at schools as a piano teacher, Saturday mornings he starts at 9 or 9: 30am until mid-day, during the week, lessons end at 7: 30pm. However, he also teaches clarinet and accompanies singers and students, so do expect a bit of music in the house.

Our son is learning piano and has his lessons at 8am in the mornings before school and drum lessons once a week plus his practise after school. He is at extremely beginner's level at the moment, so it is more noise (although very short lessons and practise) than music if I am honest.

As a family home, we have a pretty set routine and sadly there will be some general 'restrictions' due to allergies.
