Room for rent near Hampton Court

I'm looking for two new housemates to share my 3-bedroom house in East Molesy. Brilliantly situated with immediate front door access onto several cricket and football fields which are available to use. The house is in excellent condition, has a decent-sized living space, a small back garden, a toilet downstairs and a toilet and bathroom upstairs. Two bedrooms available, one medium, one large. A short walk from East Molesey High Street, Hampton Court Palace and gardens and Bushy Park. Buses to Kingston take 10 minutes, trains from nearby Hampton Court station to London Waterloo take 25 - 30 minutes. Looking for professionals, preferably aged 20 - 30, male or female to step in from 13th September to replace outgoing tenants. Non-smokers preferred and no pets allowed. Rent is £433 a month and bills round it up to £500. I am a 26 year old male who works at Hampton Court Palace and will be the continuing tenant.
