Furnished single bedroom available to house share. Comes with bed, beside cabinet with lamp and built-in wardrobe.

Full use of fully equipped kitchen which includes dish washer and washing machine/dryer. Large spacious living room, bathroom with separate w/c and large sunny garden.

I have recently moved into my house and am currently in the process of completing the furnishings so the house will undergo a period of improvements. The house currently has complete broadband, accessible in all rooms, and Sky TV in the living room.

Plenty of street parking right outside the front door on a quiet road. Easy bus access with the 411 bus (Molesey-Kingston) and 461 bus (Chertsey-Kingston). Takes under 10 mins by bus to Hampton Court Station, 15 mins by bus to Kingston. 15 mins car journey to get to M3.

At the end of the garden I will have 4 rabbits living in hutches/run and a pet degu in my room. Additionally we have a house dog (Whippet) named Nana. All are very friendly and like to be petted but bear this in mind if you are not a fan of animals.

Flatmates with pets will be welcome with the condition that they would cause no problems with the existing pets.

I work long hours so I am looking for clean, friendly housemate that will keep the house in a good condition.
