We need a new housemate (a guy to bring the balance) from 07th March. Living in South London at 2 minutes by bus from STREATHAM HILL rail station (zone3).

Rent is £81 pounds per week per person and the bedroom is for single occupancy. This rent includes all the bills, so not more hidden expenses. The Deposit required is £162 Pounds and the minimum time to stay in the house is one month. The day you decide to leave, you need to let me know at least with two weeks in advance.

It consists in a single bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk, double glazed window to the garden, heating radiator and wood laminated floor in excellent condition.

The house is located in a very nice residential area at just 20 meters from the main street called Leigham Court Road, and from there just 13 minutes walking or 2 minutes by bus to reach Streatham Hill rail station. This is a nice high street with plenty of shops, pubs, cinema etc, as well as very good transport connections to reach Victoria station, Clapham Common tube station, Brixton tube station or Balham station. There are three buses running 24 hours to Central London and Clapham Common.

The house is very beautiful; three bathrooms each with a toilet, large kitchen full fitted (three fridges, washing machine, cloth dryer, microwave, oven) and also space for a large table. We have a proper separate living room with a big TV and DVD player, sofas to relax with the housemates and watch a movie. There is a nice large garden a well.

We got two independent Internet connections at home (one connection supplied by fibre optical cable and the second connection supplied by the telephone line) with two wi-fi routers and phone line available to receive phone calls.

The housemates are a mix group of other nine people from Australia, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Hungary, Poland and Spain aged 23-28, that like to socialize in the living room, to get along with the housemates having a nine out of ten positive experience.

The suitable new housemate will be a friendly one aged 18-30, not racist in any kind, who likes the idea of sharing in a large home.

Smoking cigarettes is not allowed inside the house.
