The garden has decking and outdoor furniture, and gets sun throughout the day, perfect for chilling out and BBQs.

There is a cellar for bike storage and off street parking.

All bills are included. There is super fast internet and WiFi (with strong signal throughout the house and garden) and full SKY TV package. A cleaner comes once a fortnight and we all do our thing to keep the place in good nick in between visits.

The public transport in West Norwood is great. The station is only a few minutes walk with frequent overland services to amongst others London Bridge and London Victoria (25/22 mins), Balham (6 mins) and Clapham Junction (12 mins). There are extensive bus services to Brixton, Waterloo, Marylebone, Euston etc. Also easy to get to Crystal Palace and pick up the Overground for easy access to the north east.

West Norwood is lovely. The monthly food festival market attracts food lovers from all over London. The Great North Wood gastro pub is just down the road along with a handful of other bistro bars. Antic have just opened a funky pub on the high street. The library is being converted into a Picture House cinema with bar later this year. There's also a great new leisure center / gym.

The high street has Tescos, Sainsburys, fish mongers, butchers, cafes, a Blackbird bakery, pubs, bistros, delis etc which are all just down the road.

The house mates are Kevin, Pip and I. All very friendly chilled, professional, considerate, clean, tidy. We work hard but don't take life too seriously. Everyone is friendly but respectful. Pip works seasons in the Alps and is heading back for the winter season so is vacating.

It's a huge house so there is loads of space.
