Single room in West Norwood - newly refurbished

We have a lovely spacious single room available for one person from the 17th October . The room comes fully furnished with new bed, wardrobe, shelves etc. We also provide all the bedding for you.

The house has lots of storage in the kitchen and a big roof terrace.

Our kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc. It is all kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes around once a week to clean all the communal areas. Please note, we don't have a living room.

The house would be ideally suited to young professionals and to students here to further improve their education and/or work experience. We are looking for people who would appreciate living in a well decorated, tidy and clean house.

We are just short a 5 minute walk to West Norwood station trains going to Victoria and London Bridge and there are several buses and night buses to central London directions.

Double room for couple :£130/week

It includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence), wireless broadband Internet and cleaner. There are no other hidden charges in the weekly rent.

Deposit: 2 week's rent.

We only ask for two weeks notice if you decide to move out.
