Room available on short term rent for any length of time - 1 day, 1 week or 1 month - later duration can be discussed. Would suit someone in-between places looking for a short term solution before finding a more suitable long term home.
Within 5 minute walk to Victoria Station; £33 per day or £165 per week inclusive - No bills - own bedroom, own bathroom, unlimited wifi plus MUST LIKE CATS. Rent required to be paid a day/week in advance. Small deposit required for very short stays.

NOTE : Two females already live in this apartment.

DONT leave a voicemail, I wont get it - just ring back. I will not call texts - if you cant afford a phone call, you clearly cant afford the rent! Best time to catch me is mid-afternoon. We would expect you to help with the chores if you were here long term!

We are ideally looking for a normal, working class person - smoker preferable as this is a smoking home. Cannot accept Housing Benefit. Any age or sex acceptable, its the attitude that matters.

NOTE : If you are someone who likes to drink wine with your flatmates on an evening, want your partner/friend to stay over and practically live here 24/7 or have boyfriend/girlfriend issues - this is not the place for you. We just want a quiet person who leaves their drama outside the door!
