The room is £200 per week = £28. 57 per day. This room is not ensuite; you share the bathroom with just one tenant.

The rent is inclusive of all utility bills (gas, water, electricity, council tax, TV license), wireless broadband internet and a weekly cleaner. The property is just 5 minutes walk from Pimlico tube station & 8 minutes walk from Victoria tube, train & coach stations.

I am looking for a non-smoker with no pets & no children. I want someone who is clean, considerate, easy to get along with, not loud and trustworthy. Before moving in I require: the full rent in advance for the days/weeks you have booked the room for, 1 week damage deposit (refundable when you leave) and 1 picture proof of I. D. (driving license/passport).

THERE IS A SHARED COMMON LIVING-DINING ROOM.
