The Flat:
- 3 bedroom fully furnished flat, with balcony facing a public green area (3rd floor flat).
- One bathroom to share between 3.
- The room available is the biggest in the flat, featuring a double bed, fitted wardrobe, and views to the Battersea skyline.

The flatmates:
- Two young female professionals from Spain and France working in Healthcare and Environmental Consultancy.
- We believe having that ‘home feeling’ in London is key to be happy, so we usually organize dinners, cook, go running and watch Netflix together. We want a friend more than just a flatmate!
- We like to keep our flat clean and tidy and respect each other’s sleep and privacy, so we are looking for someone that's looking for a place to call 'home'.

We estimate bills to be around £70 per person per month (£28 council tax). Heating and hot water are included in the rent.
