Hello,

We’re looking for a great soul to join us in our cosy 4-bedroom house in Whitechapel (E1).
Move in date is flexible (room can be available from next week), but we’re looking to fill it in by 7 February.

The house is split onto 4 floors, with a small kitchen, living room, bathroom and a patio (great for summer!). The room available is small/medium-sized double on the top floor, with double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a small built-in wardrobe. You also have some storage space under the bed and you could also fit a small desk near the window.

The house is on a quiet residential street and 5-minute walk from Whitechapel station (District, Hammersmith & City and Overground), 10 minutes from Shadwell (DLR and Overground) and 15 minutes from Bethnal Green (Central line and Overground). Most lines have weekend night service and there also many bus routes.

We all get along well and we care about the place. It’s a friendly, supportive environment and we’re open minded. Always happy to have dinner together, beers and a couple of wine bottles every now and then, but we’re all independent and respectful of each other’s space. We’re looking for someone similar. We're LGBTQIA+ friendly.

You will be living with:

Pedro - works in renewable energy, he's a great cook and the party soul of the house. He's always willing to cook dinner for everybody (his risotto is the best!) - well, when makes it back home from work at a decent time.

Mariana - knows everything about emergency and she works as a nurse at the hospital across the street. However, manage your expectations - she never takes care of us.

Zoe – works freelance for the film industry, has amazing energy and she’s a great yoga teacher. Get ready to feel relaxed with her!

We’re on a rolling contract and the rent for the room is just £512 per month, with bills around £80 (everything included: water, gas, electricity, internet and council tax). There's a £709 refundable deposit, but no agency fees. There’s a reference check, so you should be a full-time professional or have a guarantor.
