Bright and airy room in a large house. There's a big, comfy living room and an Italian-style kitchen full of light and all appliances. Access to roof terrace. Two bathrooms: the upstairs with shower and toilet, the downstairs with bath, and a separate extra toilet. We have the Jubilee Line 90 seconds away and a 24-hour supermarket almost opposite, as well as a nice pub and restaurants nearby, including London's best sushi place (maybe).

The flat would best suit a working person or serious student. We are a mix of professions and nationalities.
PRACTICAL STUFF
All bills and council tax, including weekly cleaner visits, are covered by a standard £100 per month per person.
