Beautiful and bright double bedroom up for rent and situated just 7 minutes walk from Wimbledon station where you can catch the district line, train (17 mins to Waterloo), tram and buses. We're also just a few minutes walk from Wimbledon Town Centre and Wimbledon Village.

The house has recently been renovated to a really high standard so looking for someone relatively house proud to join. The room available is south facing which makes it really nice and bright and also includes all the furniture as shown.

As well as the usual amenities you might expect, the house benefits from two living areas (one within the main kitchen/dining room and the front living room), off-street parking, two bathrooms as well as a downstairs guest loo. There is also a large south facing garden where we occasionally through bbq's and get the badminton out!

As for housemates, it's currently me (Andreas) and Harry who splits his time between here and Norwich subject to his work. We are both in our 30s and enjoy the occasional night out, trip to the pub and kick about on the common.

Looking for a sociable housemate to join who's up for occasionally hanging out but equally has their own group of friends and people around them. Generally a calm house in the week and a sociable house on the weekend.
