Hi i'm Jade, I'm a 20 year old girl who lives in a 3 bedroom house with my partner Simon who is 26. We are both smokers, but do tend to smoke in the garden. Both laid back fun, friendly people.

I've got a furnished single room. It includes, Single bed, T. V, Wardrobe, Single armchair. The room is quite small but ideal for someone who is looking for temporary stay. It can be long term if you want and don't mind the size of the room.

We've got animals. Lucky & Trigger are 2 friendly cats, Thunder & Bleu are 2 friendly dogs, fishes, Pig Murray who is the hamster and last but no least Bert, our bearded dragon. Thunder has had 6 puppies but they will be going shortly.

We are located in Colliers Wood. It's a lovely area, river runs opposite our house, Transport for to get to places. 5 minute walk from Colliers Wood tube station. Big sainsbury's 2 minute walk from house. Toys 'r' us, Currys, Kiss me hardy restaurant and burger king across the road from the house.

We have a car park right next to the house which is free parking for residents.

Stayers are welcome to come and sit in the living room with us where there is a 50 inch plasma T. V, Virgin media, comfy sofas, PS3, surround sound/dvd player and loads of DVD'S :)

We're looking for someone who is a well mannered person and will respect our house.

Age, gender, ethnic background is not a problem.
