I would like a lodger who will be working for the All England Tennis Club. This is so that I can check that they have work references.
I would also like someone who will work for me for one or two hours a week doing secretarial tasks to do with a book I am writing. Pay for this will be negotiated.
The accommodation is quiet, clean and tidy. The bathroom, toilet and kitchen are all 50s retro (if you don't get that no need to apply). However the shower and washer/dryer are very modern.
