The flat is in a very convenient location with excellent commuter links a 5-10 minute walk [or short bus ride] to Enfield Town/ Enfield Chase Stations which are direct routes into Liverpool Street or Kings Cross and Moorgate Stations or change at Seven Sisters for Victoria line and central London [Oxford Street] it is also very near the M25 - A10.
A wide variety of shops are available in Enfield Town Centre and surrounding areas along with various restaurants, bars, modern leisure facilities and parks.
