Room in quiet area 20 mins from Kings Cross

I'm looking for someone to fill a spare room in my flat (will consider short term stays).

Currently occupied by a 27-year old graduate professional (me), working full time Monday to Friday in central London.

It's in a leafy, quiet area with lots of nearby parking, shops, supermarkets and a gym. Enfield town centre is only 5 mins away and it's less than 2 minutes walk from a train station which has easy connections to Kings Cross, Euston, Old Street or Moorgate in 20-25 minutes, so it's an easy commute. At night, the N29 bus stops nearby.

The room is lockable and has a brand new single bed (extendable to a double) with storage underneath, a large wardrobe, bookcase and window.

We have satellite TV, broadband, dishwasher, washing machine etc. and the bathroom has just been refurbished.

The room is available now and would best suit another young professional, or perhaps a UCL student (easy commute!) so please feel free to get in touch if you're interested in viewing!
