Rooms to let for professional males.

I have a room to let (single occupancy) for non-smoking professional male. The room is available from the 2nd of May. The minimum let is for three months, there is no maximum length of stay.

The rooms:- plenty of storage, computer table, book shelves, TV with freeview, comfortable clean mattress, carpeted and free Wireless broadband internet connection in all rooms.

Kitchen:- washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, plenty of fridges and freezers, own allocated cupboards, and fridge freezer space.

There is 1 bathroom, 1 shower room ( with Power Shower ) and 2 toilets.

There is a communal lounge with sofa and easy chairs, table and four chairs. TV with freeview.

Tenants are allowed use of the garden and there is space available within the confines of the garden for bicycles. Parking is no problem as the house is located in a cul-de-sac with plenty of free space. You would be sharing with four other considerate professional males and myself (The owner). Don’t worry about cleaning as I clean all the communal rooms. Tenants are expected to clean their own rooms.

The house is located in the pleasant Kingfield area overlooking Kingfield Green. Local amenities include: a Bus stop nearby, 5 mins walk to local shops, 15 mins walk to train station, and Woking town centre with shopping complex, 5 mins from leisure centre with swimming pools, gyms and Woking park. London.

Waterloo Station is just 25 mins by fast train from Woking station.
