Highly-praised as comfortable double bed with orthopedic mattress, blackout blinds and privacy curtains. All linen, cleaning, washing & ironing included in rent plus 'help-yourself' breakfast and tea/ coffee/ milk, etc.
Owner lives in the house, is a part-time teacher, untidy (but clean!) with 2 over-friendly, greedy cocker spaniels who sleep in the kitchen.
Other lodger is friendly but private professional; works shifts, is a part-time musician and often away. Bathroom shared with other lodger & occasional guests. Shared use of kitchen: owner manages all washing, drying, ironing and cleaning with dishwasher running overnight. Sunny but untended garden. Shops, pubs & restaurants nearby, bus stop in front of house, 6 minutes to town centre or travel to Camberley/Guildford; Woking trains are 6-15 per hour to Waterloo (London) in 26 minutes on the fast service, or travel to Hampshire cities. Easy car access to M25, M4 and M3. Parking space available on drive by daily arrangement.
