Large Double Bedrrom

I have a large double bedroom available now due to the fact that my previous lodger of 4 years has relocated.
I have an existing female lodger, Rachelle, who has been with us for over 2 years now.
The room is large with a double bed and built in wardrobes. It has a large, built in, floor to ceiling bookcase and a double chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets.
The house has two bathrooms and so the bathroom would be shared. All bills are included.
It is a family home and it is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Sheerwater, next to the canal. The bedroom has a lovely aspect looking out over the pond garden and the canal.
My partner and I are both outgoing and enjoy socializing, especially enjoying the garden and BBQs in the summer months.
Steve loves to cook and the house has a well appointed kitchen with a double range cooker and american style fridge/freezer.
My sons Alex 24 and Luke 23 have a bedsit on the ground floor.
We have two Labrador dogs, they are well trained and are not allowed to go upstairs in the property.
We are looking for a lodger who wants to live within a welcoming, homely environment. Someone who will chat and socialize and also respect the need for privacy at times.
