I have just taken on an amazing two bed flat in the centre of Woking and am looking for an easy going and sociable flat mate.
It is a 4 minute walk to the station and to the town centre so it's an ideal location!
It comes furnished to a high standard with a large kitchen space and good sized balcony.
The room is a double room with bed and wardrobes in. It's not ensuite but you would have sole use of family bathroom only to be otherwise used occasionally by guests.
I am a tidy, considerate person who enjoys coming home from work, cooking dinner and having a beer in front of the TV.
I also have a girlfriend who is also a professional and will visit 3-4 nights a week - she's lovely too!
