Hello,

My flatmate is moving to Cheshire and so I'm looking for a new person to take their room. The room available is very large with a big built in wardrobe! There is also a decent sized lounge and kitchen area which would be as much yours as mine as this would be your home too. The room will come unfurnished but you'll be welcome to share other items in the living room and kitchen. The flat is modern and very energy efficient (keeping the cost of heating to a minimum). There is also a parking space at the flat which you would be welcome to make use of as I don't have a car.

I'm a nice guy who's very easy going and is respectful of others. I'm able to nominate my flatmate for free travel on the TfL network which may save some people a great deal of money.

I'm looking for a person who is above all trustworthy (capable of meeting the rent each month) and easy to get along with with a moderate level of tidiness. I have to say the agency I rent this flat through are good and are quick to help where necessary.

Breakdown of typical costs are as follows:

Rent - £550/month
Council Tax Share- £72.50/month (the pain of Woking!)
All ofther bills (gas, electricity, TV License, broadband, water) - Approx £45/month

We'll both be required to pay a fee for setting up the new contract as well as yourself paying a one off fee for referencing. Will confirm the amounts of these with the letting agency as soon as possible.
