Normal size single room available ten minutes walk from train station/town centre in Woking for a short/long term tenancy. There is bath next to the room as well which we do not use. Living room is shared and is of a good size, with TV and broadband. Kitchen is shared and equipped with all the appliances. We are working couple with a quite life. Not much noise around the house, and we like to keep it that way. The will suite single working professional, we do not mind if there is a couple as well ( but the charges will a bit higher for the couple and also the room is a bit small for a couple).
