I am a professional Female and am looking to rent a beautiful refurbished double room. The room is let on a Sunday night to Friday morning basis.
The room has a large double bed with a cupboard for your books and lap top, two double wardrobes, a desk with light, a brand new high definition tv and broadband. The room is located at the back of the maisonette with high ceilings and is very light and airy with it's own french doors leading onto the patio.
The house is in a quiet road and close to Woking station which has a fast direct line to Waterloo (5 min walk). There is a large garden, which is not over looked.
I have a beautiful black and white collie who is very well behaved.
Shared facilities. I am a live in Land lady who is looking for someone who is well mannered, quiet and tidy.
